Why Do Stylus Pens Need To Be Charged
Stylus pens need to be charged in order to function properly. The pen uses a small amount of electricity to create a magnetic field that interacts with the screen to create a precise cursor or ink on paper. If the pen doesn’t have enough charge, it won’t be able to produce a strong enough magnetic field to work properly.
In today’s world of touchscreens, stylus pens come in two varieties. There are two types of tip holders: active and passive. It is essential that an active stylus pen be charged with the same electrical components and batteries as any other device. Depending on the brand, a stylus pen that has an active tip can take up to four hours to fully charge. Some brands may only take a few minutes to fully charge due to the small amount of power they use. You should set it down, even if you just leave for a few minutes, and then shut it down.
There are, however, some styluses that are compatible with resistive touchscreens, the most common type of stylus. Touching the screen on a resistive touchscreen produces an electrical current. The position of the stylus on the screen is determined by its electrical current, which is mapped by resistive styluses. In China, resistance stylus technology is more common, owing to the lower cost of producing it. Despite the fact that resistive touchscreen displays are more difficult to use, stylus technology is compatible with capacitive touchscreen displays.
Question: Q: Iphone 13 Pro Poor Battery Life Time
I have a pretty big concern about battery life in my new iPhone 13 Pro. It is said, that this iPhone is provided with the best battery life ever, not only among iPhones, but also among other companies flagships.
In many battery drain tests on YouTube, or by many users opinions, iPhone 13 Pro can last for approximately 7-9 hours on screen time, whereas my record OST is about 4-4,5 hours and 100% battery usage.
In the attachment you can find screenshots of my battery usage. I use standard apps like Facebook, Instagram, safari, music, etc. No 4K video recording, nor video gaming.
All my settings are set to maximum battery saving, however I dont buy $1000 phone to use half of its capabilities just to make it throughout the entire day.
Moreover, I have already handed this phone over on warranty to get it checked and they said there is no problem and everything works perfectly great. But its not. Then, I handed it second time and they changed motherboard and battery. Still the same problem, 4-5H OST every day!
I have tried everything, from updating the iOS to trying to use it as a completely new phone.
Even during writing this I lost 4% of power!! With 50% screen brightness and connected to WIFI.
I dont know what I can do.. I cannot return it, service cannot help me either. I feel a bit scammed, especially that I use iPhones, as well as other Apple devices since the first iPod shuffle and first iPhone.
Can you recommend me any solution to this case?

How Long Does A Stylus Battery Last
How long does a stylus battery last? This is a difficult question to answer because it depends on a number of factors, including the type of stylus, the quality of the battery, and how often the stylus is used. In general, however, a stylus battery should last for several months to a year before needing to be replaced.
If you play your records on a regular basis, you may want to consider spending more money on a better quality stylus. However, if you rarely use your turntable or don’t rely on a professional turntable, the stylus on a lower-cost turntable should be fine. You should make your own decision on how frequently to replace your stylus. As a general rule, a dull stylus will reduce the quality of your records and cause your turntable to wear out over time.
Your Battery’s Maximum Capacity

The Battery Health screen includes information on maximum battery capacity and peak performance capability.
Maximum battery capacity measures the device battery capacity relative to when it was new. A battery will have lower capacity as the battery chemically ages which may result in fewer hours of usage between charges. Depending upon the length of time between when the iPhone was made and when it is activated, your battery capacity may show as slightly less than 100%.
A normal battery is designed to retain up to 80% of its original capacity at 500 complete charge cycles when operating under normal conditions. The one-year warranty includes service coverage for a defective battery. If it is out of warranty, Apple offers battery service for a charge. Learn more about charge cycles.
As your battery health degrades, so can its ability to deliver peak performance. The Battery Health screen includes a section for Peak Performance Capability where the following messages may appear.

Avoid Extreme Ambient Temperatures
The ideal temperature comfort zone is between 16 22 degree). Avoid exposing your device to an ambient temperature higher than 35 degrees. Example, under direct sun, near high heat area, left in the car under hot weather. The damage can be irreversible and decreases the battery lifespan in the long term.
And A Huge Leap In Battery Life
If you ask most smartphone users which feature they want improved, theyll generally say battery life. Few people using flagship phones complain about the cameras, or the processor speed, but having enough power to get through the day is important.
After a drop in battery life between the iPhone 11 Pro and the iPhone 12 Pro, the iPhone 13 Pro models have taken a huge leap. Apple rates the new Pro model at 22 hours of video playback, and the Pro Max at an amazing 28 hours. These are, of course, laboratory ratings, and dont match how we use our devices, but one YouTuber did an impressive test of iPhone battery life comparing iPhone 13, 12, 11, and SE models in continuous use.
The iPhone 13 Pro got over eight hours in continuous usage, and the 13 Pro Max lasted for just under 10 hours. So if battery life is important, these two models are truly the best yet.

The Iphone 13 Pro’s Larger Screen Is Nice But There Are Caveats

The iPhone 13 Pro Max‘s extra size and weight doesn’t impact its portability, but it may not be the most comfortable option for some.
For one, it’s harder to reach certain items, especially those on the top left or right of the screen. And typing out a message or email is also more of a chore than it is on the smaller iPhone 13 Pro, as it requires extra thumb reach and movement, especially with swipe typing. Using the iPhone 13 Pro Max one-handed is do-able, but it’s more comfortable with both hands on the phone.
The iPhone 13 Pro Max‘s weight is another noteworthy aspect. Weighing in at 240 grams compared to the iPhone 13 Pro’s 204 grams, the iPhone 13 Pro Max is pretty heavy. Those who actively like larger screens and are used to Apple’s larger phones won’t be too bothered, but it’ll be something to get used to if you’re used to smaller phones.
It’s all to say that the iPhone 13 Pro Max is perfectly comfortable to use if it’s all you know, but when you switch back and forth with the iPhone 13 Pro like I did, it’s easier to see that the smaller and lighter iPhone 13 Pro offers a slightly more comfortable experience overall.

A Dramatically More Powerful Camera System
The marquee feature for the iPhone 13 cameras is Cinematic Mode. This feature, which can allow the iPhone to focus on people or objects when youre shooting video, blurring the rest of the frame, is a bit of a gimmick. Its a cool idea including the ability to set focus points in videos after youve shot them but in reality, its unlikely that youll do much with it. Budding filmmakers will love it, but I think for most users it will be like live photos: an interesting thing to play around with, but little more.
However, the new camera array, which has three cameras on both iPhone Pro models , is an advance on previous models. The telephoto camera is now a 77mm eq., allowing for a total of 6x zoom from the ultra-wide camera. Heres three photos in a field near my home showing the range of the optical zoom.
In addition, digital zoom goes up to 15x.
The ability to focus extremely closely to objects what Apple calls Macro Mode allows for excellent detail.
All in all, if you take a lot of photos with your iPhone, then this is a solid upgrade.
How To Check The Battery Status Of Your Iphone
On any iPhone with iOS 11.3 or later installed, you can find your battery capacity by going to Settings > Battery > Battery Health. Its important to note that this feature is only available for the iPhone 6 and any models that came after it.In your Battery Health screen, youll also see an important secondary metric: Peak Performance Capability. Because of the above-mentioned nuance, this screen might actually be more important than capacity. If your battery runs optimally to support all of your apps, you will see a simple message that your phone is operating at normal peak performance. If your battery is worn and potentially in need of replacement, you will see a warning that it is degraded and should be replaced. If you see the warning message, your phone will still function, but the time between charge cycles will be significantly shorter. The message only appears when your battery capacity is at 79% or below.

Which Should You Buy
In every other respectCPU, design, charging performance, 5Gthe iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro are the same. Focusing on the differences has a way of really making the iPhone 13 Pro seem a lot better, but you should consider whether you really care about those features or not. If most of the features dont seem like the sort of things you care deeply about, youre just throwing away up to $200 for no good reason.
The difference in battery life, GPU performance, and the experience of the 120Hz ProMotion display are key to the iPhone 13 Pro value proposition. This years Pro upgrade is one of the best upgrades in years, both over last years iPhone 12 and the entry-level iPhone 13. A $200 difference isnt small, but the iPhone 13 Pro is worth the extra cost if the camera and display really matter to you, especially if you hold on to your iPhone for several years. We recommend paying a little more now to be a lot happier later.

Iphone 14 Pro Max Battery Life
The iPhone 14 Pro Max is clearly the champ when it comes to battery life. Its 4,323 mAh battery lasted for an epic 13 hours and 39 minutes on average. That beats the 10:18 runtime of the Galaxy S22 Ultra’s 5,000 mAh battery by more than 3 hours.
This 6.7-inch iPhone should easily get you through a day of usage, if not more, without having to be charged. And it even outlasts the similarly sized iPhone 14 Plus by about 1.5 hours.
Whats The Iphone 14 Pros Battery Life

According to the Laptop Mag battery test, which involves the phone web surfing at 150 nits on a mobile network, the iPhone 14 Pro lasted 10 hours and 22 minutes on a T-Mobile eSIM. This runtime is the average of three results we recorded for the iPhone 14 Pro.
A 10-hour runtime isnt half bad it should last you a whole work day. However, the iPhone 14 Pro failed to outpace its predecessor: the iPhone 13 Pro. The last-gen model managed to last an extra two hours, delivering a jaw-dropping runtime of 12 hours.
Its no surprise that the iPhone 14 Pro delivered a shorter battery runtime compared to the iPhone 13 Pro. After all, at the Sept. 7 Far Out event, Apple made a big to-do about the iPhone 14 Plus having the best battery life ever in an iPhone, which insinuated that the iPhone 14 Pro models dont have generation-over-generation runtime leap that many are expecting.
When it comes to charging the iPhone 14 Pro, you have three options: 7.5W Qi, 15W MagSafe and 20W wired charging. Testing the latter, the iPhone 14 Pro climbed to 21% in 15 minutes and 42% in 30 minutes. This is slightly slower than the iPhone 13 Pro, which skyrocketed to 25% in 15 minutes and 53% in 30 minutes.
